• Chairman of Asharqia Chamber: the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques confirms that the Kingdom is continuing to achiave its vision of diversifying the economic base and developing human capabilities

    The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, praised the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, in the opening the 3rd year of the 7th session of Shura Council, on Monday 19 November 2018.

    He said, "It carries signs of optimism about the future of the national economy, supports the existing reform tracks, and confirms that the Kingdom is continuing to achieve the contents of its 2030 vision to diversify the economic base and develop the human capacity of young men and women."

    He noted that the contents of his speech are as a comprehensive vision and thorough review internally and externally, which gives priority to the continuation of support to the private sector. It also outlines the business plan for the business sector as an active partner in the development process and is of great importance; "It drives us as representatives of the sector to work to do more to be responsible."

    He pointed to what is witnessed by the business sector from a clear escalation in relation to its partnership and presence in the decision-making positions.

    He expected that the royal speech will have the greatest impact on the increased dependence on the coming periods.

     

    AlKhalidi stressed that the royal speech set the general policy of the directions of the country in the present and the future in all transparency and clarity; where the continuous growth in achieving satisfactory results through the implementation of Vision 2030, which aimed at building the Saudi citizen and enhancing its contribution to the development process as the main engine of development and effective tools.

     

    AlKhalidi emphasized that the speech is an affirmation of the positions of the Kingdom and its entrenched entitlements on the Arab nation and its issues.

    It is a strong indicator of the continuation of the Kingdom's efforts, leadership and development role in the region that in order to provide serious treatments leading to permanent stability, and thus increase employment and investment opportunities.​
